Just wondering, how long would you approximately need to wait to see an emergency doctor in the States since the moment you entered the hospital? ---

Highly variable. When I’ve gone in for something that’s not life threatening, including the worst migraine ever, I was probably seen by a doctor within the hour. But that was a slow week day in a suburban hospital. I’ve also waited well over 4 hours in an urban hospital. And probably around 4 hours in a crowded children’s hospital with my daughter. That said, you should be triaged within a very short period of time so that they can determine the urgency for you. I hope that helps. Sharon from ModSupport ---
