Ps. In my case factor on front neck is that my body is now using anterior jugular veins (either side of windpipe) to drain blood from head/brain. Not something I think it has done in past. D

Hello, I have the same crunching grinding syntoms and I was diagnosed with a broken styloid process. Have you gotten surgery do you have any updates?
