They sent me hundreds of photos so, I don’t know which ones show the relevant information. I was told I have the calcified ligament variety. Thank you guys if you’re able to take a look and see if you see anything

Do you have any pictures that show your styloid & IJV from the left side & the right side? Those would be helpful. Also from the front.

I wish I knew what those looked like. And they have me what seems like thousands of photos. I figured I probably didn’t find the right one! I’ll have to go through all of them in the morning

I’m sorry I don’t see any relevant parts in the picture you just sent except maybe your hyoid bone, but I’m not sure enough to mark it. I should have labeled the parts that are important on the picture I sent. Here it is annotated:
