# Deja Vu Aura & ES

Hi All! Wondering if anyone has deja vu aura’s as a symptom of their ES? I am diagnosed with styloid compression on my jugular vein. Thank you.

@Meghan3 - I didn’t have aura symptoms from ES but definitely had 4 days where they occurred after having a catheter angio/venogram to determine if my IJV compression was severe enough to warrant surgery.

Your symptoms sound more like carotid compression (ICA/ECA) than IJV so it’s interesting that your diagnosis has noted IJV compression.

Do you have an appointment scheduled w/ one of the doctors on our Doctors List who is experienced w/ doing IJV decompression surgeries?
