Thanks for the heads up on that. I think 6 to 9 months might work. I’m 70 and any surgery takes longer to heal. My dad always said a shot of cognac helped his circulation on a cold day.

Very glad that you’ve seen improvements! Unfortunately the nerves do take quite a while to heal…I wonder if the blood pressure issues could be to do with an irritated Vagus nerve? Did Dr Annino say that it was one of the nerves affected? Heat was always helpful for me too! I hope that you keep healing

He wasn’t specific about the vagus nerve, but it was compressed.
