I didn’t have surgery with Dr Hepworth, as I’m UK, but the majority of my vascular symptoms did go away with my first surgery. Although lots of us find that after the first surgery symptoms of the less painful side can ramp up…

They were head and ear pressure, pulsatile tinnitus, a constant off-balance feeling, feeling a bit drunk all the time, brain fog, dizziness, & some weird symptoms associated with raised intracranial pressure- feeling a sort of rolling up/ sucking feeling in my head, feeling like I was falling, & feeling shorter than I am- glad to be rid of those!
