When I push hyoid to right it hits bone. Very painful 
If your hyoid is hitting bone when you push it to the right, it’s most likely hitting your spine. It would be helpful to see your CT images, but I know you’re having troubles uploading them. I did contact ModSupport about that & am awaiting their reply.
