I replied to your other post - I believe Dr. Lentsch will do surgery by either approach but you will need to let him know your preference. He may prefer the intraoral, but I’m pretty sure I’ve read he will also do the external approach. Here’s a discussion thread where @jwise219 posted she had a great outcome from her surgery w/ Dr. Lentsch.
