I'd like your opinion. I'm about to see a specialist. I have many symptoms. Could this be Eagle Syndrome?

Yes, if the carotid arteries are being irritated by the styloids, then it can cause dizziness, fainting episodes, stroke-like symptoms/ transient ischemic attacks, pain along the length of the artery , eye pain, all the symptoms that you mention… There’s more detailed info here:
ES Information: Common Symptoms And Possible Explanations For Them - Welcome / Newbies Guide to Eagle Syndrome - Living with Eagle
A CT scan with contrast would show the arteries best, to see if there is any compression, especially if there are any head positions which make the symptoms worse. I don’t know if it’s possible to request that when you see the doctor?
You could also see about printing off a research paper or two which discuss carotid artery compression, as not all doctors are knowledgeable about ES and especially vascular ES? For example this one:
BREDA, D. et al. (2023) - Recurrent Syncope Related to Carotid Compression in Eagle Syndrome: A Case Report - General / Research Papers - Living with Eagle
I hope that your appointment goes well, do you know if the doctor you’re seeing does surgery?
