# Is this Hyoid Bone Syndrome or ES? (Need Help)

I’m a totally rubbish with tech , so I wouldn’t be able to help you, I’m sorry!  
There’s is another tutorial on here, I’m not sure if it’s of any use:

I can’t really see the styloids in those images, the hyoid looks like the processes could be a bit longer and thicker than average in your second image but the images aren’t great…I’m sorry!
