I saw a link to an article posted by Deleone. The lady in the article had elongated lesser cornua of hyoid but only marginally elongated styloids. My styloids are elongated but not by much (3.2) but I have all the symptoms. How would I know if I had the elongated lesser cornu styloid?
peaceful, I researched "cornu styloid" in "Images" when a lot of links pop up you might be able to click on atypic you find interesting then go to site and there will be info there, with other links to articles/reaerch, til you find what you might need.
