@GiGi1965 - Sometimes there is compression, but it’s missed by the radiologist who reads the scan. I had that happen. It’s crazy that a trained professional would miss something that significant!

Your IJVs don’t look terribly compressed but regardless of what I think I see, I suspect that getting your styloids removed could help resolve your headaches.

The right side IJV looks a little compressed between the C1 process and styloid, it does also look a bit enlarged to me below this, which could indicate compression further down, causing a backlog, like Thoracic Outlet Syndrome for example. Hopefully others more knowledgeable with scans can comment!
