As in after having frrs/trifecta?
Iām not sure to be honest, what happens after radical surgeries (well I call it radical due to its complexity and impact), only the diagnostic imaging can unveil.
I would guess it might be either scar tissue, regrowth of the resected rib, or some vascular fibrosis/collapse. Disclaimer: Iām not a doc.
