@ Mehran - I’m not sure what Dr. Aghayev charges for surgery. Without charge, you can get an an opinion as to whether or not he thinks you need surgery. You will need to send him your CT images to get that opinion. If he says surgery would help you then you can pay for a full initial consult with him & at the time he will go over your imaging in detail & discuss how the surgery would be done & what it will cost. You may be able to find out what a consult & surgery cost by using this link to contact his office. Basam is his assistant & is very knowledgeable so he could answer your questions:
