Thanks @Jules It’s definitely been a longer process than I hoped for. Last Thursday I had a really good day where I could barely hear the PT and really had to concentrate to hear it. However, the other days (and yesterday in particular) it was as loud as ever. Hopefully this is just part of the healing process. Having a good day gives me a lot of hope that this is going to get better. As noted, I started using the Lenire device for my regular tinnitus. The audiologist says that it can take 3-6 months to get relief, but she is very confident that this will help reduce the tinnitus like from a 10 to a 3. I’ll keep everyone posted on my progress.

yes, definitely hold on to that hope, having a day of really reduced symptoms is a very good sign! It is very common for symptoms to come & go with ES surgery, and then hopefully you’ll get longer spells until it’s gone!
