Henry, how are you doing? did you every have surgery?
I had styloidectomy with calcified ligament removed. No resolution of the tinnitus, but it seems to have improved a bit. I am about 8 months out from first surgery and 3 months for the second surgery. I think some symptoms are from CCI, but it is quite expensive to get diagnosis, so just treating neck with physical therapy.

I hope the physio helps @jobby99 , we’ve had lots of discussions about how muscles get under or over used because of pain/ inflammation/ altered posture because of ES, and how this affects recovery. Sounds like it might be a slow job but hopefully you’ll get there in the end
