The cranial nerves most often affected by elongated styloids/calcified s-h ligaments are
Vagus
Trigeminal
Facial
Glossopharyngeal
Spinal Accessory

There seems to be a slightly lower incidence of irritation of the
Hypoglossal
Vestibulocochlear
