I used to have this before reduction surgery.
Now it’s significantly less frequent as well as “almost fainting” when rotating my head is gone.
Other things still to be addressed probably with the help of “properly done” surgery …

Btw these are facial expressions and what muscles are involved. One can “test” themselves before or after surgery.
