ERDOGANOGLU; BILGIN (2018) - Proprioceptive Rehabilitation After Spine Injury and Surgery

Here’s another interesting paper I found. This one focuses on “proprioceptive rehabilitation” after spine injuries and surgery.

Basically, it’s about how to retrain your neck and body to sense its position in space after trauma or an operation. Since a lot of us deal with severe neck strain from Eagle Syndrome, or end up having surgery to remove the styloids, regaining that natural balance and proper posture is a huge part of the recovery process.

Thought this might be useful for anyone looking into physical therapy or post-op recovery.
