Thats very helpful @TML .I can’t thank you enough for your help. My symptoms pretty much matches your analysis. I do have all things related to compressed IJVs including severe head pressure and foggy mind. I also have heart palpitations which I believe related to my compressed vagus nerve.

I am bit hesitant though to do C1 shaving, I would rather have my IJVs decompressed by 70-80% than having to deal with side effects of C1 shaving. That’s a decision that I’ll need to make soon.

All in all, I am very grateful to have access to this forum with all the information and moderators guidance. I have come a long way from being shutdown plenty of times by specialized doctors to having a clear diagnosis of my condition at this moment.

P.S. I am planning for a consultaion/surgery soon with Dr/ Kamran. I will keep you posted.

I’m so glad @TML has been able to give you a more clear picture of what’s going on in your neck @aelsaman. It will help a lot to have that information when you have your consult with Dr. Kamran. I hope that he is flexible about not shaving C1 if you don’t want it done or can explain to you better about the benefits if it would make a big difference in your case.
