Thanks for sharing this; it mentions Horner Syndrome as a symptom of ES which might be helpful to some members, it’s an unusual one which has been noticed.
I’m really surprised that over 40% with vascular involvement had carotid artery dissection, and many had strokes/TIAs. I knew there was a risk, but I didn’t think it was that high. Or perhaps that number is biased because those who have potentially life-threatening complications are more likely to have thorough investigations of their symptoms and get treatment?
That could be the reason @carina , certainly from our experience here, it’s extremely rare for this to happen…
