I replied to your other post - I believe Dr. Lentsch will do surgery by either approach but you will need to let him know your preference. He may prefer the intraoral, but I’m pretty sure I’ve read he will also do the external approach.

Hi Overcomer1, my surgeon was Eric Lentsch in Charleston, SC at MUSC. He’s been doing Eagle Syndrome surgeries for 26 years. Fantastic doc.
