Hi Goose, sorry too that you’re not getting anywhere with answers despite the styloids showing on your scan & symptoms of possible IJV compression & IH… @Isaiah_40_31 has given you good info so I can’t really add any more to that! We don’t know of any doctors treating ES in Utah unfortunately, the only one on our list in Utah does more hyoid surgery… Here’s a link to the up to date list:

Given your symptoms it’s probably best that you do see one of the doctors more knowledgeable about ES like Dr Nakaji, Dr Osborne in LA, Dr Hepworth as @Isaiah_40_31 mentioned in CO or Dr Costantino in NY, sadly no-one near you…
