@TeresaJo - I’ve added Dr. Fiesta to our Doctors List. It’s important to not only have surgeons on the list but also those who are able to diagnose ES & especially who recognize the significance of IJV compression when combined with ES.
The interventional radiologist Dr. Nakaji uses is Dr. Mehta. You were close.

Update: Turns out Dr. Fiesta is friends with Nick Mahta who does Nakaji’s imaging. Dr. Fiesta called Dr. Mahta so that was cool. I still haven’t heard back from Nakaji’s office yet. I have an appointement with Constantino in Nov. That was his first available. I’m waiting to get an appointment with Dr. Liu as well, but they have all my imaging as well.
