Thanks for posting this interesting article @Isaiah_40_31. I am thankful that the technology and physician training have improved to the point that stent placement for pulsatile tinnitus is becoming more routine. I had a stent placed in my dominant transverse sinus in April and it has reduced the PT and eliminated migraines that persisted after the styloidectomy. My PT started 2 years after styloid removal, so it was not directly associated with the styloid compression of IJVs.
