@MPHDodgeDaytona - I can’t tell you how long your styloids are but in the saggital plane, it looks like you may have bilateral IJV compression w/ the left being worse than the right. The axial image at C1 also looks like the left side has some compression from C1, but I can’t tell about the right side. Your IJV is between the styloid & C1 in the first two pics. In the last picture, I’ve circled your IJVs.
As I watched the videos, it also appears you’ve lost your cervical curve & now have military neck. Having a straight cervical spine can enhance the symptoms of ES. Here’s some more information on the topic of the cervical curve:
