New here. How to diagnose if I have eagle syndrome. Whom to see? ENT or TMJ specialist or neurologist?

Send only the copies of the CDs/DVDs, or at least make copies for yourself (if you don’t have a DVD RW drive in your computer, go to the local office supply/stationary store and ask them to make copies, also your friend(s) or some more serious hotels might have a “business lounge” with computers able to copy DVDs). You might need these disks in the future for any other visits/doctors etc.

Thank you so much @vdm.
I do thought about this. I have only one CD of my cbct and CT scan. I don’t have any more copies. I am not sure if the imaging office and my tmj specialist office will give one or more copies if I ask.
I really need those for future visits to other doctors for sure.
Today I called samji assistant to ask about this. I asked her if they send me back the CDs after the consultation. She said, I have to send them a paid return envelope and they will send me back the CDs in that. I hope the original CDs will not break during the transit.

I don’t have dvd RW. I have to check about it and get some empty CDs. I didn’t think about copying from the original CD. I will try this and send them a copy if possible. Hope it’s possible to copy from the original CD.

No problems. It’s absolutely possible to make copies, just check if they are CDs or DVDs, and if you don’t have experience in doing it, ask some friend who has. You have to simply “duplicate” the CD/DVD. Also I am pretty sure a lot of shops around can make it (you can even try some computer repair shops around, maybe a local post office) for some symbolic fee.
It’s 100 times better than to have the fuss with pre-paid envelopes, risk of breaking the disc while in transit, or getting a duplicate from the doctor’s office.

Thank you.
They are CDs. I am going to buy some empty CDs and burn them with copies. I hope it works like the original copy scan images.

@TheDude good luck for your appointment!!
Keep us posted!!!

@vdm, Got a question about making copies.
Whether it will be same in image quality and clarity of we make self cd copy from the original??
I don’t know if Samji office accept self made scan CD copies. Have to check with them.

Yes, the information in these CDs is digital, and when you make a copy, exact copy is made.
The only important thing to do is to “duplicate” the whole CD/DVD (or “make a copy”). Most of the computer programs for creating CD/DVD copies have this function. If you are using Windows, you can try this program (free and safe): https://cdburnerxp.se/en/home (how to copy the whole CD: https://cdburnerxp.se/help/Data/copydata ).
Just again: check if they are really CDs and not DVDs, as now more and more often DVDs are being used even for small amounts of information. CDs are simply “out of fashion and market” in many cases.

@vdm Thank you so much. I will check it out.
Will it be a difference if it’s a CD or DVD rule making a copy? Doesn’t make any difference right?

I just checked. Both are CDs. I will copy that to dvd and send it.

Hi, you need to “duplicate” (or “clone”, “direct copy”, “exact copy”) the CD or DVD to ensure it is a precise copy and works the same way, which means if your original CD is CD, then duplication must happen into the CD, if DVD - into DVD.
The CD/DVD copying software will check the disc and only allow you to duplicate into the same type of media.

Thank you. I will copy it into the cd only. I couldn’t find one scan disc if it’s dvd or cd since it has all imaging center information printed on that disc. I will find it out.
