@crumblecookie - HOORAY!! I’m happy for you to have your second surgery on the calendar. What’s the date of your surgery? I hope it relieves any remaining symptoms you have.

Hi @crumblecookie my headaches are generally pain in the front of my head. Dull for the most part on a scale of 6-7. I was prescribed qulipta to help with the headaches. I have only been on it for just over a week. I haven’t seen too much of an improvement, but maybe it will take some more time. I am now almost (2) months post op.
@everyone - did anyone else find success in qulipta or other meds, supplements to help with the headaches?
@Isaiah_40_31 Yes I am being treated by Dr. Arcot as my neurologist and Michael J. Persky, MD as my surgeon that did my syloidectomy on my right side and C1 shaving.

Some of our members have continued to take a blood thinner for some months after their IJV decompression surgeries & that has helped to significantly reduce headache pain & residual head pressure. It could be worthwhile asking about trying Brilinta, Xarelto, Plavix or something similar.
