Small tricks to help Eagles with IJV compression

How many Wobenzym pills did you take at a time? I can’t remember if it was a podcast or blog but I seem to remember someone talking about taking 6-12 at a time.

I took 6 Wobenzym in the morning for some time. I stopped it because I’m on blood thinner yet and one shouldn’t combine those…

@vdm Going along with your thinking… I know that EDS is a common thing for many with compressions. I am the least stretchy person I know. I am wondering if there is a connective tissue disorder that is nearly opposite. One that causes major tightness, as opposed to looseness, if that makes sense.

Scleroderma can cause connective tissues to harden… I don’t know if there’s any other connective tissue disorders…

Interestingly, not flexible can actually be a symptom of EDS as well. In other words, the muscles will tighten up to protect the joints and they can go too far and create a complete lack of flexibility. It may only happen in some joints but it is a different process than scleroderma would be
