Jules, I have the exact same symptoms and have longed begged doctors to consider that it is my vagus nerve. They just look at my uvula and say it is fine.

How on earth do you get someone to do other testing to figure this out. I even mentioned to Hepworth to no avail.

I have to eat constantly to stop the hypoglycemic type attacks I have. My blood sugar is normal, but it is like my brain doesn’t know I have eaten.

I would imagine a FIESTA MRI/ Ciss MRI scan might show any compression, but they seem hard to get…we’ve had a few discussions about it , @JugularEagle was going to see if she could find somewhere to get one but I think wasn’t making much headway with that…
The hypoglycemic attacks sound really weird, but I guess with the terrible symptoms you have is probably the least of your worries :hugs:
