Vascular surgeon opinions

Hello I consulted two vascular surgeons to get an opinion on my jugular vein compression and p tinnitus as the carotids are compressing the ijv between styloid and c1. You will have seen my previous posts.
It has been a waste time seeing these guy as they seem spooked by the pt and have not seen much of it in their career. They cannot comment on the suitability of surgery and one told me don do it unless you are absolutely sure and every avenue has been pursued.
Did anyone else either consult vascular surgeons as parte of their journey?

Yes. I think it is common for most doctors to be clueless no matter the specialty. Here is my example. After my CTA I went in to see neurovascular surgeon before the report was done. He said he saw no evidence that there was any kind of jugular vascular problem. Put a note in my file that continues to cause a problem that I need to get rectified.

Now look at this photo. He is incompetenthttps://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex027/uploads/ben_eagle/original/2X/e/eaa646393ac3826ff67e95aa7a7a8858e5f2ec67.jpeg

I’m sorry that your still not able to get anyone to take your case…I don’t really know what else to suggest to you from here, unless you consider getting an opinion from Kjetil Larsen at MSK Neurology? He’s reviewed scans for members & is very good at spotting things other radiologists miss, although whatever you find, you’ll still need to get someone to treat you…
