Yay! No one wants to go through surgery unless they’re absolutely sure it’s neccessary. Enjoy the good days you’re having!
Great news, amanda81! That’s the kind of results we hope for & expect from ES surgery. May your fears of returning pain become none! In the healing process, pain does sometimes come & go but usually it finally goes for good. That’s always our prayer for everyone on this site!
Sing to your hearts content. Joyous praises!!

facinating
question … Is your doctor at Vanderbilt? I’m just curious. My late husband’s daughter works there and back in 2021 after oral surgeon first found my elongated styloids, my late husband was trying to get me down to Vanderbilt. He passed there, so, I wouldn’t go there unless I had no other choice. The only Dr. name I remember that was on the list he obtained was Dr. Mannion. I’m just a couple hours from Vanderbilt but, think I will pursue Dr in White Plains, NY.
Our patients who’ve gone to Vanderbilt for help with ES have not gotten treated there. Dr. Mannion is on our list because someone recommended him, but in the end, I think he didn’t do surgery for her, just gave some advice.
Interesting about Dr. Mannion, Vanderbilt in general.
@GiGi1965 - I totally understand why you wouldn’t want to be seen at Vanderbilt as your memories of that place are very sad ones. ![]()
