Pawel, the operation has helped alot for my left side. But my right side remains a huge problem still. The neck pain on the left has gone almost completely. I would have to get my right side removed to tell you if it's helped me 100%. But so far my left side neck pain is pretty much almost gone. Will update after 2 months when i have an appointment with them again to schedule the right side surgery.
