Forgot to mention icing on the cake…diagnosed officially with stage 2 lymphedema tarda in my left arm on july 13. This issue has been brewing for about 2 years but definitely got worse after my styloidectomy probably because i wasnt moving it as much. I am seeing a lymphedema pt so just another fun thing to deal with.

Oh no, I’m sorry that you’ve been diagnosed with this as well, and need treatment- I hope that the PT helps you so keeps it at bay

I agree w/ @Jules that I hope the PT is helpful at both alleviating the lymphedema & keeping it at bay. As it’s been said repeatedly, “Aging ain’t for sissies!” I’m right there w/ you @Bcats0318, but with other age related challenges.
