I’m sorry that you’re still in pain and still have a compressed jugular vein even after surgery, that’s really tough.
Both doctors are good, and both have done successful surgeries, so we can’t say which doctor is better than the other, I’m afraid. We do suggest that if you can, you get more than one opinion about what is causing these issues (whether your styloid wasn’t removed high enough, or whether there’s still compression from the C1 process for example, or whether maybe you need both sides done), and then it comes down to which doctor you feel more confident with, the cost, ease of travelling to each country etc, as well as whether they’re happy to do a revision surgery.
