Yes, your picture did show up this time. I can’t say for sure if those are collateral veins but they could be. I recall it’s your left IJV that’s most compressed so I’d expect collateral vein development to be more significantly on that side, but the veins you just posted appear to be more on your right side.
I’m sorry I’ve forgotten if you’ve had a consult with Dr. Costantino. If not, I think he’d be very helpful with discussing what your MRI shows. I recall you’ve also had a CT w/ contrast so you have the proper imaging to show collateral veins. If you can look at your head from the back side in your CT scan, they should be more obviously visible there.
