Thank you, so great of you to document for everyone. I’ve watched your videos and learned alot. I have eagle’s and right side IJV compression and consulting a few USA surgeons recommended to me and trying to determine if I will need C1 shaving and other soft tissue work in addition to styloidectomy. I’ve heard CCI can be a contraindication to the C1 work because it may remove ligaments and muscles from that transverse process that is being resected, but the surgeons say removing it doesn’t negatively impact stability and I understand their goal of max IJV decompression. Has the revision with C1 decompression with Dr. Aghayev caused any neck pain, stiffness or instability at your C1/skull area on the posterior side?
