It looks like your styloid is compressing the jugular vein with your C1 process!

I agree with @Jules. It looks like C1 may be causing most of the compression.

Thanks i definitely agree now that the C1 is contributing in some way. I think it is what is causing the styloid to be pushed forward. The 3d image’s definitely helped me see more.
