In the process of being referred I was just informed that Dr Nakaji is no longer practicing with Banner health and is now at Scottsdale Neurosurgery Specialists - 602-313-7772

Thank you for the information, @aluminum. Several others have mentioned that he’s moved & is now in private practice. He’s working toward being able to take the same medical insurances he was able to accept when under Banner’s Medical Group “umbrella”. You should check to make sure he is taking yours before making an appointment as the process may be slow for him.
