Does anyone know if sugery helps with the dry mouth, the swollen salivary glands, and soar/burning throat symtoms? How much does the surgery help?
I have other symptoms too, I'm just debating if I should start getting more aggressive about the surgery.

First time I've read about any one else with these symptoms too- I have the same; it was investigating these which led me to be diagnosed with ES after a panoramic x-ray. I'd presumed that these were caused by a stone which had perhaps passed. I can't help you about surgery, as my consultant would only consider it if I got to the point of being suicidal!
