If you’re able to get another scan, then you could decide next steps, whether you might need a C1 shave for example.
It might also be worth looking at Thoracic Outlet Syndrome symptoms too as you mention issues with your clavicles?
We have had some members who find after surgery to get back to good health they need to look into other muscles and joints which might have been held awkwardly due to pain, tension or bad posture, so this might be worth looking in to as well. Have you had your eyes checked? If not I would suggest doing this, as it sounds like you could have high intracranial pressure, and this can affect the eyes by compressing the optic nerve, so it’s important to get this checked.
