Had a very productive first meeting with Dr. Constantino. He was prompt, and well informed of my VAST previous record trying to get down to the cause of all my symptoms. He was also knew my nuero and was impressed by him (which made me feel very confident if he ended up being someone I needed to see for cervical related issues.)
He is ordering a CT venogram (which I have not yet had) and said he would like to get me back on the books for a follow-up call in 2 weeks!!!
I have yet to see a Dr (aside from my nuero) who is dedicated at getting to the bottom of things. He said he is only 90% sold that my styloids are the issue measuring in at 2.6 and 2.8 cm - but the calcified ligaments are more the problems.
Very lucky, and appreciate this forum more than you know - having hope that I’m finally where I need to be.
Sounds promising. Sounds like I may need to start with him since he will do out of state video conferencing. Did they tell you how much they are charging for the first video visit?
No, I assume a couple hundred - I’m pretty certain I’ll be going with Dr Constantino so it’s not wasted. I’ve seen one other Dr. via zoom and was more impressed with his plan.
That’s excellent news @rachelle116 , I’m so pleased that he was helpful! I hope that the venogram shows exactly where any compression is so that styloid involvement or ligaments can be determined
