I was curious to hear if others have some so called " flare ups". Some days I feel more swollen and a choking ie… Foreign matter in my neck pressing in my throat. Feeling helpless
i used to get this quite often not so much now after surgery- have you already been diagnosed with ES ?
I have ES and Ive had surgery on both sides separately. One in 2010 and one 2013. My neck gets tight and aches especially if im crying about something or singing loudly... Like its straining my ligaments in there. Somewhat like choking or its closing up.
