Yes, that looks like your styloid @Jete. It’s not long but is growing pretty straight down & looks thick.
It is not long, I measured it. It doesn’t reach 3cm
But, it looks thick to me too…
I hope doctors don’t brush it away and I will get surgery where they will remove syloids with ligaments.
