We are here seeking help for a very challenging condition. Whether you are new and seeking help, diagnosed and awaiting surgery, recovering from surgery, have other looming challenging conditions or are a caregiver, the road we are/have travelled has been difficult.

I have needed to slow my brain down and increase my healthy breathing as well as settle my frazzled nerves. This is helping me and hope it can help you ))).

`Just listening to Ally’s voice in the intro made me feel relaxed. She has a very calm way of speaking.

She does )). The two inhales and long exhale have been really helpful. As well as letting my left shoulder and neck relax … they haven’t been able to do that for years. :crossed_fingers: :smiling_face:
