Oh and also when this happens both my ears starts ringing like I’ve been hit over the head!!! The extremity of it passes fast like within 5-10 Mins, but the effects of it can last hours and the fatigue can last dayssssss

It does sound like you could have carotid artery compression when your head is turned, whether that’s from the styloids or the hyoid we can’t say for sure, although some people have had dizziness with change in head position from IJV compression too, and unfortunately it is possible to have both IJV and carotid artery compression!
MRAs/MRVs don’t show the styloids as well and we’re not quite so knowledgeable about reading those.

Those are horrific symptoms that you’re getting!! We have suggest to a few of our members that trying a soft neck brace/collar might be helpful as a reminder to keep your head more stationary & turn your body when you need to look at someone or something. That could help reduce the terrible symptoms that flare w/ a left head turn. There are a variety available on Amazon.

I also think there’s a good chance your hyoid bone is playing a role in the symptoms that may be from your carotids being compressed or irritated because of how close the greater horns of the hyoid appear to be to your cervical spine.
