Hi, I have spents literally 20+ hrs, not including drive time to pick up CD’s trying to upload my images to Hepworth’s portal. Does anyone have any advice on how the heck to get these uploaded? It just says, “Scanning” forever, literally. I’ve been attempting to do all of this for 2 months now. Between only owning a Macbook, not having a CD/DVD drive and only getting CD’s, now the hospital sent a USB but not the small one so I can’t connect it either to my Macbook. I sound whiny because I am a computer/software educated person and this is making me crazy. My appt is a week from today. Help?!?!?
I can see that you need to get this done asap before your appointment, I’m not at all techie but you’re obviously way more qualified than me. Hopefully somebody else on here can help you!

@Wafer16 Before I hit send I meant to say that using either of those devices, you will download the files to your computer. Remember what you name them and where you download them to (usually downloads folder on a Mac) and then log onto the site for uploading where it will likely give you to option to browse your computer for files at which point you will choose the file you have downloaded from the disk or USB drive. Hope that helps.
