I was able to do some more 3d imaging. Scheduled to have a venogram/angiogram in 2 weeks. Saw neurovascular surgeon who was doubtful until I showed him my 3d rendered images- then he ordered further testing. So frustrating that so many Dr’s want to dismiss it.
Can see there’s issues going on. Who’s doing your venogram/angiogram study? I also have one scheduled at Dr. Fargen’s office/hospital in 2 weeks, June 3… We meet him in office June 2.
I am in Utah and pretty sure I will have to travel out of state once I get a definitive answer.
In other words, you’re having the venogram/angiogram study done in Utah? Hope you can get answers soon!
It is frustrating that so many doctors are ignorant about ES & especially when there is vascular compression. I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with that. Good for you having your 3D images in hand to show the neurovascular surgeon & convincing him not to dismiss you!!
I annotated one of the images, not that you don’t already know what’s in it.
Thank you for all your help and support. Honestly, if it were not for this group of people I would have been dismissed two months ago and probably not pursued it after two doctors said that it is highly unlikely that that is the issue. I am thankful for this group and people like you!
I’m glad that you didn’t give up, and that you’ve got a CT venogram/ angiogram arranged! Hopefully on the right track now…
I’m happy the information you’ve received here has been helpful, @TMC411. I hope your imaging is very telling.
