I’d suggest getting a referral to one of the doctors I mentioned who are very knowledgeable about Vascular ES- Dr Fargen or Dr Costantino maybe as they’re nearest/ have the shorter waiting times. Contact their offices to see what info they need for a referral, whether you can self refer or need a referral from another doctor. Hopefully all your scans and reports can be sent to them, & take it from there whether they want to see you in person or can do a telehealth appointment, and whether they want to do any more testing…
If you’re in alot of pain, there are nerve pain medications which can help, like Amitriptyline of Gabapentin, hopefully your PCP can prescribe those for you, they can take a little while to build up in your system enough to help though. Ice and / or heat can help too, sleeping propped up might help a bit if you have head pressure, and some members have found lidocaine patches or gel help. There are lidocaine/ steroid injections which can be done into the area which have helped some members, but not everyone, these would have to be done by an ENT.
