Thank you both for your words of encouragement. I really needed to hear that and hold onto hope. I’ve been in a very dark place for the last week and now have a mental health team around me. I’m asking for some signs of improvement to show

I’m sorry that you’ve been so low, it’s understandable, but I’m glad that you’re getting support for your mental health 
I also applaud you for getting mental health help. That’s a HUGE positive step, @Benwt. I will continue to pray that as the months pass, you’ll see positive changes bit by bit. Not that this is helpful, but I know of a person who had no signs of recovery from IJV decompression until 9 months post op. At that point there was significant improvement. I hope your signs of improvement begin long before 9 months pass!
